This form when filled out completely allows us to evaluate your ministry and its compatibility with the goals and mission of our ministry.
Upon acceptance of your project compatibility with HMWDS, you will then need to complete our "Website Development Questionnaire".
This form provides preliminary information about your project... information on existing websites, goals, demographics, and other related information.
I use this information to research your particular project prior to contacting you by telephone.
During our phone conversation I will ask you about your needs, your goals, your objectives. I'll need to know things like, who your target audience is... What your trying to achieve with your site in general and each page of your site.
I'll also ask about what keywords and phrases you are trying to show up for in the search engines. What results you would like from your site. And many other questions needed to reveal how to best structure and present your ministry, as well as, determine the related services needed to achieve your goals.
If we determine that we are a good fit with your objectives and goals, I will then take the information we discuss and provide you with a detailed contract of the services we will provide, as well as the information we will require from you.
Once accepted, I'll collect a down payment from you and we will get started on building your ministry using the most efficient web-related services.
