This will allow Harvest Media Hosting to really understand the goals and objectives of your organization and your website project. Feel free to skip questions that do not apply or to which you do not know the answer.

Our desire is to provide the best Website Development Services that we can, based upon the information you provide. We then use the resources God has provided our ministry to help you meet your ministry goals and objectives. In doing so, both ministries may glorify God’s Kingdom and be good stewards of the gifts He has provided.

ALL information gathered by this questionnaire is confidential and will only be used internally by Harvest Media Ministry for website development purposes only.
